I’m so glad you’ve joined me.
I’m not here for fame or fortune. I’m just here to share.
Here’s a little about me:
- I’m a wife, a mom, and a homemaker. An enthusiastic volunteer and a pretend librarian.
- I’m grateful to God for so many things, but mostly for the gift of my Orthodox Christian faith. I’m a member of St. Luke Orthodox Church (Antiochian) in Erie, CO.
- I was born and raised in the Deep South. God’s country, y’all.
- One of the more exciting things I’ve experienced is riding shotgun in a race car with Mario Andretti at the wheel. Really.
My journey to Orthodoxy has been a long and winding one, and I’m going to share part of that story with you. But my hope is also to actually share the rest of my journey with you…not just the story, but the journey itself.
So let’s get started:
- Who are you?
- Do you love biscuits? Because if not, I’m not sure we can be friends.
- Are you an Orthodox Christian?
- Have you ever HEARD of Orthodox Christianity?
- Have you ever seen My Big Fat Greek Wedding?
- What brought you here?
In the comments space below I’d love for you to share a little about yourself and what brought you to my blog.
I hope this can be a place of community…of chatting and sharing, of ideas and, sometimes, maybe even of {friendly} debate.
Come along with me. Come and see!
